Natasha Bansgopaul is an experienced financial technology, marketing, research, and M&A professional with more than 10 years of demonstrated leadership through key strategic roles at Fortune 100 companies. She is the founder of three fintech companies focused on the digitization of financial services: DarcMatter, Konstellation, and VegaX; representing over $7.0 Bn in assets under management and users from more than 65 countries. "While I’ve encountered many challenges across my career, one of the most significant ones is getting a seat at the table in the financial industry as a woman. It’s a highly male-dominated field that don’t have many women executives. I’m so proud to continue to represent women across the industry. " She says.
Natasha is the Co-Founder and COO of VegaX Holdings, a cryptocurrency index platform providing actionable cryptocurrency indexes and index-based asset management products for traditional investors and fund managers. "I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart and starting my own company was always a goal of mine", Natasha says. "I’m overseeing a variety of projects; however, a primary focus currently is the road to Series B, once we finalize and close Series A. Additionally, I spend quite a bit of time meeting and onboarding institutional clients. "
Natasha is so proud to be creating and shaping culture at VegaX Holdings. "I take pride in leveraging my position to drive inclusivity and diversity across all areas – from race, gender, cultures and backgrounds. Just like our Web3 industry, we aim to be a boundaryless company that celebrates everyone", she shares. "VegaX Holdings is proud to make a significant impact to the financial industry, specifically bridging the gap between traditional finance and digital finance through its wide array of proprietary technology solutions to help traditional institutions and investors navigate the elusive and ever-changing crypto market."

Media Recommendation:
Although I don’t have a lot of free time, when I do, I love reading books to provide inspiration. See below for some recommendations –
o The Effective Executive – Great developmental book for anyone in any stage of their career.
o Confessions of an Economic Hitman – Really helps open our eyes to learning from our past to help us grow our future. Especially in the technology industry, we’re so focused on creating new tools, that we can forget to leverage learnings from the past.
o Our Final Invention – This really shines a light on what can happen when we’ve finally reached the “end all, be all” and shows that it can be too far. Reminds me that there is peace in the “middle ground.” While we should never be afraid to continue to advance, we do need to have boundaries and proceed with caution.
